Diane serves as our Director of Ministry Development, and uses her passion for design to encourage and strengthen ministry leaders and their teams. She is currently pursuing a Masters of Ministry Leadership Degree through Rockbridge Seminary. She is also a Lifetime Instructor for Life Purpose Coaching Centers, International®.

Diane grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and married her husband, Bob, in 1972. She taught art at Grafton High School while Bob finished dental school. He then served in the Air Force for two years in CA where they made their commitments to follow Christ. Bob joined River Hill Dental in Rapids in 1974, and they settled here to raise their four children – Rob, Kate, Jeff, & Tim.

With their children now grown (and three of them married) Bob & Diane look forward to the challenge of investing in the lives of each of their nine grandchildren! The O’Connor family has been part of CLF since 1990, and they have served in a variety of ministry roles over the years. Their son, Jeff, currently serves as our Director of Student Ministries.
