Paul serves as the Rapids Campus Pastor, Director of Young Adult Ministries and Director of Missions and Outreach. His ministry passion is summed up in Ephesians 4:11, 12 - building up the body of Christ by helping believers find their niche in ministry.

Paul and his wife, Dawn, were married in May of 1991. She is from Menomonee Falls and he is from Waukesha. They have three children: Ryan, Rachel, and Eleanor. The Liebherrs moved to Port Edwards in June of 1997 to join the CLF staff.

His education and credentials include: Biology/Secondary Education major at UW-La Crosse, a B.A. in Church Music from Central Bible College, and an M.M. in Choral Conducting from St. Cloud State University.

Paul's first hobby is fishing. His second hobby is fishing. After that, he enjoys fishing. Dawn is an avid reader and enjoys classic movies.
